I'M SO HAPPY YOU ARE HERE!
By now you know you can call me Ali. I am a Disney loving, Star Wars nerd from Miami. I grew up with sandy beaches within a 20 minute drive and honestly, I love my city. I am Cuban-American and love & respect my grandparents more than they’ll ever know. Their bold move to leave their country at a time of crises gave my family the chance for a better life.
I relay on my faith to get me through each and everyday. I once struggled with depression. Like everyone, I have a testimony that has made me so very pat
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
Your alarm rings, and you’ve just snoozed it for the third time now. Once you realize the actual time you burst out of bed, run to get ready while simultaneously letting your dog out to the backyard (yes, I have often times let Milo out while jumping into my pants). You race inside, brush your teeth and jump into the car. You drive for 30 minutes (at the minimum), get into the office, turn on your computer and get to work. After work you have dinner dates with friends from college, or you have a movie to catch with your boyfriend. Maybe you have a wine night with friends from high school or you have to visit your grandparents. You have to remember to call your mom, and check in with your sisters. Don’t forget you’re trying to start a business so after dinner you race home to (in my case) bake and frost detailed sugar cookies all night long. Looking to make an extra income, for that house you’ll live in one day. Before you know it, it’s one am and you are now counting how many hours of sleep you’ll have before you need to wake up and do it all over again. At one am you sit there with tears in your eyes and think about your bank account. Let me guess, you’ve spent more money on whatever business you’re trying to start than the actual money you’ve made. Or maybe you are so tired, it’s not worth the extra $100 a week.
When do you have time for yourself? When do you have time to pray, reflect, and be thankful for the life you are living? Did you put on moisturizer today? Sunscreen? Did you have time to iron your hair? Do that teeth whitening system you’ve wanted to do. Finished that show you were watching. I am guessing you didn’t have time for any of that, because neither did I.
I was so tired of this lifestyle. I caught myself complaining and complaining, yet never changing my situation. Telling myself it would all be worth it one day. I could feel the energy of the people around me started to drain. I couldn’t go on like this, so I decided right then and there that I was going to change the outlook on my life and my current situation I was in. I told myself that I would stop complaining. I prioritized the moving parts of my life that meant the most to me and guess what happened. Everything changed. Not only for myself but for the people around me. Maybe you are in a similar situation, and you need to change your current routine. Or maybe you have most of it all figured out and need help with executing your dreams. Where ever you find yourself today, there is a better tomorrow waiting for you. The dream God gave you WILL come true. You just need to learn how to manage it.

SET A ROUTINE
This is the first step to chasing your dreams. Learning how to block out your time is crucial to your success.
Goal setting and checklists are the most vital tool you can learn to see any dream come to pass.
Stay hungry. Stay educated. The worst thing you can do is think that you have nothing to learn from someone else.
